Dutch Lodging Specialist for Holidays in Nature

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Nature Travel Expert to join our team at Workstation Customer Care. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for assisting travelers in booking their dream holidays in nature.
Key Responsibilities
- Destination Research: Conduct thorough research to locate the best destinations and options for our clients, ensuring their specifications are met.
- Booking and Reservation: Book reservations for guests in their desired location, ensuring all specifications for their stay are met.
- Account Knowledge: Maintain sufficient knowledge of our booking engine and customer service processes to assist clients without delay.
- Traveler Support: Research and handle traveler complaints, providing expert advice and solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience.
- Travel Expertise: Provide travel expertise to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their holiday options and can make informed decisions.
- Arrangement Verification: Verify that all arrangements have been properly reserved and/or funded to ensure travelers can accomplish their mission.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in German or Dutch is required, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Customer Service: Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
