About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Energy Supply Chain team at ENGIE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver energy projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ENGIE's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
