Operations Controller (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Controller, der unsere Vertriebsprozesse optimiert und unsere Kunden zufriedenstellt.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Die Analyse und Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen
  • Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Die Koordination mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktentwicklung
  • Die Überwachung und Analyse von Key-Performance-Indikatoren (KPIs)

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer verwandten Disziplin
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Vertriebscontrolling- oder Operations-Abteilung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
