Join our Outbound and Global Logistics department, which serves as a vital link between the logistics sectors of our plants, addressing a diverse array of topics. This role encompasses responsibilities in demand and capacity management, as well as support for international supply chains and outbound logistics.

The "International Supply and Customs" team in Düsseldorf is composed of dedicated and collaborative individuals. We prioritize a positive team culture characterized by mutual support, trust, and respectful cooperation. We offer a significant degree of autonomy and creative freedom, and we appreciate your adaptability to meet the evolving demands of international delivery operations. Mobile working is a standard practice in our team.

Together, we design and oversee the logistics processes for supplying our assembly plants abroad with production materials. This includes managing external logistics service providers responsible for packaging and shipping, as well as the transportation services involved.

Key challenges you will encounter include:

  • Contributing to the design of process improvements in operational logistics, from incoming goods to production supply and shipping.
  • Analyzing and evaluating global logistics concepts and supply chains.
  • Calculating, verifying, and monitoring logistics concepts.
  • Providing support in daily operations and special processes.
  • Participating in the management of logistics service providers and shipping companies.
  • Documenting processes and creating training materials.
  • Assisting in the digitalization of international supply chains.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business informatics, (industrial) engineering with a focus on logistics, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or French is advantageous.
  • Strong commitment and teamwork skills.
  • Intercultural competence.
