Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the architecture design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Elixir and Phoenix. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure that our team is equipped to deliver high-quality solutions.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in software engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing large-scale applications. You will also need to have a deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.
You will need to be proficient in Elixir and familiar with web development frameworks like Phoenix. You will also need to have experience in building and maintaining microservices architectures, ensuring services are loosely coupled, highly cohesive, and independently deployable.
