Supply Chain Coordinator

Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
PENNY, a leading retail company, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels between various departments, including Sales, Category Management, Logistics, and Marketing
- Prepare comprehensive reports using MS-Excel and Data Warehouse, and derive actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with regional procurement to plan and execute quantity planning of promotional items
- Coordinate merchandise flows for store openings, closures, and renovations, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining relevant systems
- Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives in coordination with the national marketing team, aligning with the company's overall strategy
- Work closely with the Head of Merchandise Control to provide operational support and address queries
Requirements:
- Completion of commercial training in Wholesale and Foreign Trade or a degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- Prior experience in Sales Support, Category Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics, with a strong understanding of retail operations
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity with Data Warehouse or automated procurement systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and a proactive approach to tasks
- Interest in retail and various product categories, with a passion for driving business growth and improvement
