Position: Regional Merchandise Coordinator

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication across various divisions including Sales, Category Management, Logistics, and Marketing
  • Generate analytical reports utilizing MS-Excel and Data Warehouse, extracting valuable insights for decision-making
  • Oversee quantity forecasting for promotional products in partnership with regional procurement teams
  • Manage the flow of goods for store openings, closures, and renovations, ensuring the integrity of relevant systems
  • Design and implement regional marketing strategies in alignment with the national marketing framework
  • Work closely with the Head of Merchandise Control to address operational inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Completion of vocational training in Wholesale and Foreign Trade or a degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Previous experience in Sales Support, Category Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
  • Strong command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Data Warehouse or automated procurement systems is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication abilities, quick comprehension of complex concepts, and a proactive work ethic
  • Genuine interest in retail and diverse product categories
