R&D Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor various medical device development projects in close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring project progress and achievement of project goals while meeting deadlines and project and product costs.
  • Provide progress and performance reporting, supervise project staff, mobilize subject matter experts and cross-functional resources as required.
  • Identify training and development needs to assigned staff and support the creation and implementation of associated training.
  • Handle commercial activities associated with contract customers, such as purchase order administration and financial forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Hold an University degree in engineering or related field or formal technical studies combined with project management training.
  • Professional customer communication and orientation is a natural strength, with a record of minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the medical device industry or a different strictly regulated industry.
  • As a team player, motivate international teams and guide them successfully to achieve goals and milestones, ensuring project success.
  • Fluent English language skills and good knowledge of MS Office as well as project management tools.
