YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical sector.
- Explore various organizational levels including Management, Project Management, and Production across diverse production facilities.
- Assist in a worldwide strategic initiative aimed at planning and executing sustainable practices in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, focusing on ecological impact and consistent supply.
- Engage in innovative projects that foster sustainability across Bayer's pharmaceutical sites globally.
- Contribute to planning, organizing, creating presentations, documenting projects, and executing tasks.
- Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in line with industry standards.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a degree in Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for collaborating in an interdisciplinary and culturally diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exhibit high reliability, teamwork, initiative, and organizational capabilities.
- Possess strong communication skills and intercultural awareness.
- Fluent in both German and English.
