Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated student assistant (m/f/diverse) to join our "Market Intelligence and Consumer Insights" team at Continental Replacement Tires EMEA. This role is designed for those who wish to contribute actively while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic environment. The position allows for a hybrid working model, offering flexibility to work both remotely and at our headquarters.

As a student assistant (m/f/d), you will collaborate closely with our diverse and international Business Intelligence team, as well as engage with colleagues from various EMEA markets. You will also interact with adjacent departments such as Product Management, Marketing, eBusiness, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and preparation of reports for internal research initiatives
  • Conducting competitor analysis and profiling within the tire industry
  • Analyzing and interpreting market trends
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
  • Assisting in the conceptual design and execution of B2C/B2B studies
  • Participating in various projects
  • Engaging in additional tasks based on your skills and experience

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a degree program in business administration, economics, marketing, statistics, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
  • Strong interest in data analysis
  • Fluent in German and possess excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Organized and self-directed approach to work
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
