Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer for our Friedberg location. In this role, you will engage in a multifaceted and stimulating position within a vibrant and forward-thinking organization. You will have the opportunity to showcase our products and the IMAGO brand to potential clients, driving growth and success through your customer interactions.
Your Responsibilities:- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Establish connections with prospective customers
- Explore and develop new markets and customer segments
- Deliver product demonstrations and consultations at customer sites, trade exhibitions, online, or via video conferencing
- Assess inquiries to determine customer alignment with our offerings
- Collaborate closely with the development team to tailor our expertise to customer applications and requirements
- Prepare persuasive proposals
- Negotiate long-term supply agreements and contracts
- Completed technical degree (e.g., engineering, industrial engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or technical computer science) or equivalent qualifications
- Relevant professional experience is essential; candidates with backgrounds in project management, production, or development are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with our IT systems (CRM, Jira-Confluence, Office 365, AI tools)
- Ability to inspire confidence in our customers and team
- Strong self-motivation and capability to work autonomously
- Fluency in both German and English
