Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate reimbursement claim decisions with relevant interfaces to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain and correct records in SAP HCM to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Handle communication with employees and authorities to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Manage online application submissions to the regional directorate and follow up on the status of applications.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and understanding of social insurance and tax laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP HCM, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Independent and precise, with fluent German language skills to communicate effectively with employees and authorities.
