Accounts Payable Specialist

As a key member of our team at Tiffany & Co., you will be responsible for ensuring all invoices are processed in accordance with internal controls and regulatory compliance. This includes verifying, coding, and posting all overhead invoices in Esker and JDE, as well as reconciling vendor statements and contacting vendors to clarify issues.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify all invoices in accordance with internal controls and regulatory compliance
- Reconcile vendor statements and contact vendors to clarify issues
- Verify, code, and post all overhead invoices in Esker and JDE
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Post and reconcile all CAPEX invoices, freight, and duty invoices
- Post employee expenses
Qualification for Internal Candidates
- Bachelor's degree, business major or accounting diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable
- Must be well-presented, outgoing, and self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, careful, and independent way of working as well as resilience and flexibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with JD Edwards is a bonus
- Fluent in German and good English skills
