Project Management Office Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Office Associate to support our project management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support project management activities, including project coordination, data consolidation, and presentation preparation.
- Provide administrative support to the project management office, including maintaining project documentation and tracking key metrics.
- Assist in the management and coordination of small-scale projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
- Collaborate with team members to gather, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources to support reporting and decision-making.
- Design and deliver professional presentations for management and stakeholder meetings.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks and requests, such as research, reporting, and special projects.
- Ensure that all presentations, graphics, and documents align with company branding guidelines.
- Student in Business Administration, Project Management, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, back-office support, or graphic design.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong visual design skills, including the ability to create infographics, charts, and polished presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both German and English.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Trello).
- Basic understanding of PMO frameworks and processes.
- Experience designing reports, dashboards, or visual data presentations.
- Familiarity with video editing software (optional but a plus).
