Post-Sales Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Post-Sales Specialist to join our team at DIS AG in Stuttgart. As a Post-Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and coordinate the processing of customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Relevant education and experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with experience in SAP and InforAS a plus.
