Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our client, a leading international manufacturing company based in the Region Winnenden area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including HGB and IFRS
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Manage and analyze financial data, including financial ratios and trends
• Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments

• Relevant degree in accounting or finance
• Professional certification in accounting, such as Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting and analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including HGB and IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
