We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our client, a leading international manufacturing company based in the Region Winnenden area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments
• Manage and maintain financial systems and processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities

• Relevant degree in accounting or finance
• Professional certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including HGB and IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in financial software and systems, including SAP FI
