Senior Project Manager

Wir begleiten Kunden in der Erarbeitung des Business Case für digitale Services und erarbeiten diese Services in Strategie, Experience und Technologie. Unsere Kunden erhalten Zugang zu marktführendem Know-how in den Bereichen Produkt- und Serviceentwicklung, Service Design, UX- und Design, Plattformarchitektur sowie in Data und AI. Als Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer digitaler Projekte. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den internen Teams und stellst sicher, dass Projekte termingerecht, im Budget und in höchster Qualität geliefert werden.
Du solltest in Berlin oder München ansässig sein, um unserem Forte-Team in Deutschland beizutreten.
- Leitung und Steuerung von digitalen Services & Produkten von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
- Verantwortung für das Budget, die Zeitplanung und die Qualitätssicherung der Projekte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und in konkrete Projektziele zu übersetzen
- Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams bestehend aus Strategie, Design und Entwicklung und QA
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung aller Projektphasen, inklusive Ressourcenmanagement und Risikomanagement
- Regelmäßiges Reporting des Projektfortschritts an interne und externe Stakeholder
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch kontinuierliche Kommunikation und Betreuung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement für digitale Services & Produkte, idealerweise in einer digitalen Agentur oder Beratungsumgebung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Leitung komplexer Projekte im digitalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmethoden (Scrum, Kanban) sowie klassischen Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer lösungsorientierten und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams und im Stakeholder-Management
- Starke Kundenorientierung sowie Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
