Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in im Market Access Operations Team für Diabetes Care Produkte für unsere Kunden, ein internationales Medizinprodukteunternehmen in Deutschland.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung des Market Access Operations Teams für Diabetes Care Produkte
  • Eingaben von Verträgen mit zahlreichen Parametern in unser Salesforce-System inklusive Updates
  • Arbeiten nach Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Analysen zu einzelnen Krankenkassen (Ablehnungen etc.)
  • Erstellung von Stichproben-Analysen, Zusammenstellung von Daten z. B. für Anfragen von Krankenkassen und Erstellen von Reports
  • Initiierung und Begleitung der Freigabe von Materialien
  • Betreuung der Sonstigen Kostenträger mit entsprechendem Kunden- und Kostenträger-Kontakt (telefonisch, schriftliche Korrespondenz), Auftragsannahme, Sicherstellung der Versorgung und Abrechnung
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmannischen Bereich
  • oder Studium (z.B. Public Health, Gesundheitsökonomie etc.) abgeschlossen oder abgebrochen
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung im Umgang mit PC, gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (z.B. PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung in Excel – alternativ: sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Willen zum Einarbeiten
  • Prozessverständnis
  • Interesse an strukturierter Routinearbeit
  • Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, gute Englisch Kenntnisse
