Job Description

As a Market Access Expert at AbbVie Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, you will play a crucial role in preparing, coordinating, and supporting price negotiations with the GKV-Spitzenverband. This involves close collaboration with Negotiations Leads and interdisciplinary negotiation teams to ensure effective communication and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare reimbursement amount negotiations with the GKV-Spitzenverband, from early preparations to final agreement and post-processing.
  • Compile and administer internal and external documents, including official negotiation documents.
  • Coordinate agendas and schedules, and act as a contact person for negotiation teams in technical and administrative matters.
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and simulations, and act as a sparring partner in trainings and simulations.
  • Coordinate and support select projects and workstreams across the Market Access Department.
  • Facilitate department processes, such as strategic planning, decision-making support, and operational management.
Requirements
  • University degree in economics or a scientific field.
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking, with the ability to prepare complex content for alignment with negotiation teams, other departments, and senior leadership.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a reflective and empathetic personality.
  • Broad range of interests and ability to learn quickly, with analytical thinking to familiarize with various contexts.
  • Experience in project management skills and ability to coordinate complex projects on the department level.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills.
