About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Student to join our international Talent Acquisition Team at the AUTO1 Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on recruitment projects to find the best talents for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Project Coordination: Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by building long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Conduct recruitment for our various departments, from initial outreach to final hiring decisions.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Assist with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and projects, and support the organization of Early Career Program events for the AUTO1 Group.
  • Project Support: Bring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends.
Requirements
  • Academic Background: You are a student with a strong academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Project Management, or a relevant field.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills paired with good knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and a curious & problem-solving mindset.
  • Language Skills: You speak English fluently and German is a great plus.
  • Communication Skills: Possess great communication skills, the ability to take ownership of projects, and quickly learn new areas.
  • Experience: First experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment, an affinity for entrepreneurship is an advantage.
