As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will engage in a pivotal role within Westwing, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction through a steadfast commitment to superior product quality. This is a mandatory internship lasting up to 6 months, with the first 12 weeks being compulsory and the subsequent 12 weeks being optional.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate closely with our Quality Managers to uphold product standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and data across our entire product range.
- Participate in hands-on product evaluations and inspections.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various internal departments such as warehousing, purchasing, and supply chain management.
- A background in business administration or technical disciplines.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and possess strong analytical capabilities.
- A keen interest in product quality and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
