The Strategy Projects Tech Team is instrumental in advancing our pivotal strategic projects across our technological landscape, ensuring integrated solutions that bolster our commerce operations across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer strategic projects in partnership with application teams
  • Lead a team of three project managers while collaborating closely with diverse business stakeholders
  • Report directly to senior management and facilitate executive decision-making
  • Critically assess business requirements to simplify technical challenges
  • Schedule project timelines and efficiently address obstacles
  • Encourage innovation, maintain flat hierarchies, and streamline decision processes

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business informatics or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing technical projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of business and technology workflows
  • Expertise in project management methodologies
  • Experience working alongside engineering teams
  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and results-focused
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of MySQL
  • Experience in designing process flows
