Your Responsibilities:- Formulate and implement Hyundai's in-car payment strategy and roadmap tailored for the European market, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables for in-car payment projects.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
- Conduct thorough research on payment systems, market trends, and consumer preferences to devise innovative in-car payment solutions.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to establish requirements and guide the development of in-car payment functionalities.
- Engage with external partners to integrate third-party payment platforms, ensuring smooth and secure transaction processes.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, automotive manufacturers, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Define and assess KPIs, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry regulations, and best practices in in-car payments, providing insights for ongoing improvement.
- Deliver regular updates to senior management regarding program status, milestones, challenges, and opportunities.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- More than 5 years of experience in program management, ideally within the automotive or payment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, mobile payment technologies, and digital wallets.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, with a history of successfully leading complex projects to completion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Understanding of payment industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A passion for innovation and emerging technologies, focused on enhancing customer experiences.
