We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our e-commerce team as a Senior Key Account Manager. This role will play a critical part in driving our online sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Amazon Relationship Management

Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Amazon's Vendor Management and AVS Teams to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual success.

Market Growth and Expansion

Drive market growth in Germany and future Amazon marketplaces within the DACH region, leveraging market insights and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Financial Performance

Manage consolidated Amazon P&L and ensure perfect online execution to meet Perrigo's sales, volume, price, and margin targets.

Commercial and Promotional Excellence

Deliver commercial and promotional excellence across DACH by handling yearly negotiations and optimizing promotional levels to drive revenue growth.

Customer Growth and Profitability

Ensure profitable customer growth by improving GM% and optimizing gross-to-net and trade terms for performance and scoring successful net price realizations with the support of central teams.

Long-term Customer Relationships

Build long-term profitable customer relationships by switching focus from immediate net PPM to longer-term contribution margin optimization strategies.

Format Management and Assortment Strategies

Own format management and assortment strategies to drive channel differentiation, reduce cross-channel conflicts, fill gaps in consumer demand, test new innovative SKUs, and improve both Amazon contribution margin and price mix.

Digital Performance and Innovation

Jointly with our Senior Digital Performance Manager and Brand Leads, use AMS and DSP investments tactically to build winning plans that boost top-line, market share, NTB penetration, share of voice, and incremental conversion, while massifying key innovation launches and key promotional Tier 1 events.

Supply Chain and Logistics

Articulate the key supply chain needs of Amazon to build logistics programs and reduce our cost to serve Amazon and associated chargebacks.

Data Analysis and Insights

Analyze e-commerce data (financials, Stackline insights, and Vendor Central intelligence) to identify new growth and category penetration opportunities.

Thought Leadership and Communication

Demonstrate thought leadership by defining new standards and delivering impeccable key account management. Hold presentations with senior management as part of business reviews and customer meetings.

Omnichannel Development

Enforce omnichannel development, while aligning strategies with other channels.

Requirements
  • Experience

5+ years of experience in Amazon retail key account management.

Language Skills

Fluent German and English, with excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Deep understanding of Amazon's business model and organization.
