**Exciting Opportunity for a Marketing Professional**

We at mammaly are revolutionizing the Pet Food market and are seeking a visionary leader to develop and implement our brand marketing strategies. As our Marketing Director, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our Brand Marketing initiatives with the goal of maximizing our brand image and reach. Your expertise in the FMCG sector and experience in a dynamic environment, such as a startup, are essential. With your keen sense of brand trends and consumer needs, you will help make our brand an indispensable part of pet owners' lives.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead the marketing team, set strategic goals, and align with the company's overall objectives. Collaborate strategically with the founders and other executives to drive company growth.
  • Utilize your proven track record to scale our consumer brand from 20 million to over 100 million euros in revenue, focusing on Omni-Channel branding.
  • Enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty both online and offline through targeted initiatives and continuous campaign optimization.
  • Develop and implement innovative Brand Marketing strategies to sharpen our brand identity and deepen the connection between customers and our brand.
  • Increase awareness of our specific product category (Supplements for dogs) to strengthen our market presence and achieve revenue growth.
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
  • Ideally, you have more than 6 years of marketing experience in a senior position, including in a leading FMCG company.
  • Proven success in developing and executing brand-building and demand generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in the Pet Food industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer trends.
  • Expertise in all key E-Commerce topics, especially in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the interactions between acquisition, brand development, and retention, measured by KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on mentoring and motivation.
  • You are fluent in German and English and have a residence in Germany.
