The Role

We're seeking a driven, strategic thinker to join our team as our Chief Technology Officer. As a visionary technical leader, you'll be responsible for driving our cybersecurity platform from concept to market dominance. You'll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to build a product that meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Engineering Excellence: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within our engineering team, ensuring that our software solutions are of the highest quality.
  • Design and Implement Product Prototypes: Collaborate with our product and design teams to design, develop, and test product prototypes that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop High-Quality Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that meets the needs of our clients and aligns with our company's vision.
  • Lead and Manage a Team of Engineers: Hire, lead, and manage a team of experienced engineers who share our passion for innovation and excellence.
  • Build Product Quality Assurance and Data Protection Processes: Develop and implement processes that ensure the quality and security of our product, protecting our clients' sensitive data.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Affinity with AI/ML Domain: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and their application in cybersecurity.
  • Deep Experience in Building Modern Software Stacks: Proven experience in building and maintaining modern software stacks, including Typescript and other relevant technologies.
  • Deep Expertise in Building Event-Driven Cloud Architecture: Experience in designing and implementing event-driven cloud architecture, including AWS and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience in Building a DevOps Team: Proven experience in building and leading a DevOps team that ensures the smooth operation of our product.
  • 5-10+ Years of Professional Software Development Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in professional software development, including hands-on software engineering and architecture experience for SaaS solutions.
  • UX/UI Experience: Experience in user experience and user interface design, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly products.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
