We are seeking a highly skilled ABAP developer to join our team at Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG. As a key member of our SAP S/4HANA transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and developing custom ABAP programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement interfaces between SAP systems and external applications, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and customize ABAP programs to support the SAP S/4HANA transformation, leveraging your expertise in ABAP-OO and SAP interfaces.
- Design and implement test management, create unit tests, and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in ABAP development, with a strong understanding of ABAP objects, including ABAP-OO and SAP interfaces.
- Profound knowledge of form development in SmartForms or Adobe Forms, as well as experience with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and other SAP interfaces.
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience with SAP BTP (BAS or RAP), with a plus for experience with Cloud Application Development (CAP).
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
