Job Summary

Zalaris is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Germany. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing one of our largest customers and overseeing HR services delivery for multiple countries.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a client-facing role and is passionate about HR services. You will support the countries aligned with your personal experience, such as Middle East Africa (MEA), Romania, Turkey, Czech Republic, and Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for one of our major customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand the customer's business needs and align HR services to support their strategic objectives.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR services for the assigned customer for a different set of countries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate HR services delivery, including talent and workforce management and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Be an integral part of the project team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR solutions.
  • Conduct workshops with the customer to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Serve as the escalation point for any HR services delivery issues, working proactively to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar client-facing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices in one of the following countries/regions: Germany, MEA, Romania, Turkey, or Central Europe.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Romanian, Arabic, Turkish, or German, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organization.
  • You're curious about people, and you're good at building and maintaining relations.
