STELLENBESCHREIBUNG:

Zur Verstärkung unseres HR-Teams suchen wir eine/n HR Business Partner (w/m/x), der/die die Verantwortung für alle HR-relevanten Prozesse übernimmt und als Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Führungskräfte in einer Business Unit im Blue Collar Bereich Operations & Logistik fungiert.

In dieser Position ist eine Präsenz vor Ort an unserem Standort erforderlich, um eng mit den Mitarbeitenden zusammenzuarbeiten.

IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Beratung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam im Logistikbereich zu sämtlichen personalrelevanten Themen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung effizienter HR-Prozesse sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von HR-Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der Budget- und Personalplanung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Talent Acquisition Team zur Rekrutierung von Talenten
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Personalmanagementberichten zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit
  • Leitung von Projekten zur Förderung eines innovativen Personalmanagements innerhalb der Organisation
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich (z.B. Human Resources, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaft)
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner (w/m/x) oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle mit Schwerpunkt auf Operations und im Blue Collar Bereich
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung effizienter HR-Prozesse in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management und im Umgang mit Führungskräften
  • Serviceorientierung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen
  • Interesse an einem dynamischen und wachsenden Unternehmen mit vielfältigen Chancen
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
