Beschreibung der Stelle

Wir suchen einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) für unseren Geschäftsbereich Organisation und Personal in Berlin. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie für die Bearbeitung von Angelegenheiten der Poststelle und des Botendienstes verantwortlich sein.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Bearbeitung von Angelegenheiten der Poststelle und des Botendienstes
  • Abschluss von Verträgen mit externen Postverteildiensten
  • Bearbeitung von Angelegenheiten des elektronischen Posteingangs
  • Entscheidungen über Verwertung oder Vernichtung nicht abgeholter Fundsachen
  • Abschließende Bearbeitung und Feststellung der sachlichen Richtigkeit von Rechnungen und Buchungsbelegen
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene (Fach-)Hochschulausbildung (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) der Fachrichtungen Finanz- und Betriebswirtschaft, Öffentliche Verwaltung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanz- und Verwaltungsbearbeitung
  • Kenntnisse der Regelungen der Finanzbuchhaltung und des Vertragsrechts
  • SAP-Kenntnisse oder die Bereitschaft, sich diese kurzfristig anzueignen
