International Business Development Manager

The purpose of this position is to drive business growth and revenue through the sale of end-of-lease and IT asset equipment from CHG-MERIDIAN's technology centers and service partners.
This role requires a strong understanding of the IT second-life market and the ability to build and implement a growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable organizations to contact and leveraging procurement channels to support new business models and existing remarketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a growth strategy for the IT second-life market
- Identify and engage with potential customers and partners
- Provide regular updates and communications to sales colleagues and collaborate effectively with Asset Risk and Marketing
- Work with senior leadership to refine the commercial proposition and strategy
- Develop strong relationships with resellers and brokers to maximize revenue
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and certification to support customers and enhance the service offering
- Creation and implementation of reports and sales orders/contracts through to the point of payment and collection
- Develop an in-depth understanding of product pricing and trends to support the business with increased gross margin and solution identification
Requirements for Success:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in the asset finance industry or a similar role
- Experience working in an international environment, preferably with knowledge in the IT sector
- Excellent statistical, mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English language
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work well independently
- A track record of project delivery within a continuous-improvement driven environment
