Job Summary

As a Field Service Engineer with Lexmark, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Your primary responsibility will be to complete tasks in line with team cost and productivity targets, while also preventing future occurrences and predicted failures by completing preventative maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, remove, relocate, and modify equipment as trained and required
  • Complete preventative maintenance schedules to prevent future occurrences and predicted failures
  • Effectively communicate with Team Members, Hardware Specialists, Service Delivery Manager, and Control Tower members
  • Escalate non-service problems to the correct department in a timely manner and complete the customer complaint procedure
  • Ensure English and German Advanced Working proficiency level
  • Utilize MS Office, specifically Excel, to support tasks and responsibilities
Requirements

English and German Advanced Working proficiency level is a must. Skills in use of MS Office, specifically Excel, is an advantage.
