Position: Commercial Construction Cost Estimator

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize measurements and invoicing processes
- Evaluate subcontractor measurements for accuracy
- Monitor and project costs in collaboration with project management
- Perform target versus actual comparisons and investigate variances
- Assist in project-related communications in accordance with VOB regulations, working closely with project and construction management
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration or relevant commercial training with practical experience
- Proficient in IT applications (MS-Office, particularly Excel); knowledge of PDS is advantageous
- Experience in construction accounting or estimation roles
- Familiarity with bookkeeping principles is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, accountability, teamwork, and initiative
