Position Title: Commercial Construction Cost Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize measurements and billing documentation
• Evaluate subcontractors' measurements for accuracy
• Monitor and project costs in collaboration with project management
• Perform target versus actual comparisons and investigate discrepancies
• Assist in project-related correspondence in accordance with VOB regulations, in conjunction with project and construction management

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration or relevant commercial training with practical experience
• Proficient in IT skills, particularly MS-Office (Excel); experience with PDS is a plus
• Background as a construction accountant or estimator
• Familiarity with bookkeeping principles is advantageous
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and initiative
