Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Channel Partner Managers and Dealer Channel to drive account growth, partner acquisition, and retention.
- Provide high-quality Presales and Channel Support to our customers and partners, ensuring seamless sales and implementation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, develop solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and workshops to educate customers and partners on our solutions.
- Participate in high-level presales escalations, ensuring that you are a great ambassador for our company.
- Quote and sell our solutions to German-speaking customers and partners.
- Train and enable our Channel Sales Team and partners on our products and solutions.
- Run hands-on technical workshops for our staff and partners.
- Write and proofread product manuals, technical white papers, and statements of work.
- Conduct competitive analysis of non-ITS portfolio products.
- Communicate customer technical requirements to our installations team prior to implementation.
- Provide development insights on customer requirements for future integrations.
- Liaise with third parties for custom integration and document requirements and create functional specifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure we provide the best customer service to our customers and resellers.
- Support Marketing by contributing to product brochures and participating in exhibitions and regional conferences.
- Assist with tender completion and coordinate our company's response.
- Perform ad-hoc general administration tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner.
- Superb spoken and written communication skills in Native German and English.
- Customer-facing experience is essential.
- The ability to self-learn and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible due to the nature of this job role.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
- Excellent timekeeping.
- Thinking outside the box and attention to detail.
- A good level of technical experience and skills in solution finding and problem-solving.
- Virtual server platform and Azure experience is desirable.
- Experience of print and copy management and scanning software is desirable.

- Driving license is essential.
- Minimum one-year experience in a Presales environment is required.
