About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team at Synpulse Schweiz AG. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation efforts and ensuring the smooth implementation of new banking systems and solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master operational excellence of our clients and drive digital transformation efforts
  • Work on the frontline and assist with all phases of the project life cycle, including functional analysis, requirements engineering, project planning, technical development, testing, and deployment
  • Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
  • Conduct workshops with clients to collect requirements and help them define use cases
  • Responsible for the parameterization (development) of functionality for the Avaloq core banking system
  • Respond to and handle complex issues in testing and productive systems
  • Gather requirements relating to the integration of new systems
  • Be in close contact and interact directly with our customers
About You
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Management, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering, or other analytical fields
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with professional experience in business analysis a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and German are a must
  • Affinity to information technology and programming knowledge/experience
  • Professional experience in banking, wealth management, and financial services industry is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with project management methodology is a plus
