The Team
You'll be part of a passionate and collaborative team dedicated to building Celonis' end-to-end Task Mining solution. Task Mining is the technology that allows businesses to capture user interaction data, analyze how people work, and improve processes. Our team owns all related components, including the desktop client, backend services, data processing capabilities, and frontend applications.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and align the team to the product strategy, prioritize tasks, and support execution with clear requirements. As a product owner, you'll be pivotal in driving the product forward, ensuring it meets customer needs and market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a Comprehensive Strategy: Create and implement a multi-year strategy for our task mining products, aligning with overall company goals.
- Secure Buy-In: Gain agreement and enthusiasm for the product strategy and vision across all levels of the organization.
- Understand Customer Pain Points: Develop a deep understanding of the market and our customers, their pains, and distill the insights into concise PRDs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design counterparts to bring the strategy to life and successfully lead the product to market.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers and the go-to-market team to understand needs, gather feedback, and iterate on the product to achieve the highest customer impact.
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Background: A strong analytical or technical background, with a passion for data and insights.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the enterprise software field.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with task mining, process mining, or related data processing technologies.
- Skills: Proactive and analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and exceptional communication skills.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and streamlining efforts across multiple engineering teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable driving clarity in ambiguous situations and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills; German communication skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the enterprise software market and trends.
- Early-Stage Product Experience: Proven track record of bringing a product from early stages through the discovery phase to the scale phase.
