About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our rapidly growing product and engineering organization at Celonis. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and aligning the team to the product strategy, prioritizing features, and supporting execution with clear requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a holistic product strategy and roadmap for the Views Foundation, focusing on scalability, performance, and stability.
- Work closely with customers, go-to-market, and ecosystem teams to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance the product.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for the Views Foundation, consolidating requirements and collaborating with engineering and design teams to ship a scalable and easy-to-use platform.
- Develop a product strategy and plan to lift and shift customers to our newest tech stack.
- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in software product management.
- Strong experience working with engineering and design teams, particularly platform teams that serve multiple teams and allow them to easily scale and reuse knowledge.
- Knowledge of enterprise readiness requirements for large enterprises, including monitoring, security, permissions, and audit.
- Experience with developer and visualization frameworks, developer-facing tooling, and/or no-code application platforms, open-source, cloud-based infrastructure, integrations, and APIs.
- An analytical or technical background, along with a passion for all things data.
- A proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset, coupled with strong communication skills.
- Fluent English is essential.
