Senior Hardware Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team at Masimo Europe Ltd. in the development of medical devices from conception to market launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product requirements considering medical standards and risk aspects
  • Further develop and optimize existing circuits and assemblies
  • Create circuit diagrams and layouts with Altium Designer
  • Define requirements and test scenarios for prototype testing
  • Design, construct, commission, and test test equipment and documentation
  • Support production transfer and production supervision
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation
  • Work according to the quality management system DIN EN ISO 13485
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
  • Experience in the development of mixed-signal assemblies and electronic devices in medical technology
  • Knowledge of design, commissioning, and testing of complex multi-layer circuits, as well as EMC-compliant design
  • Proficient in EDA software, preferably Altium Designer
  • Experience with laboratory measuring equipment
  • Experience in SMD soldering preferred
  • Programming knowledge (C) is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and cross-disciplinary thinking
  • Independent, structured, and responsible work approach
  • Good English language skills
