Die Rolle

Wir suchen einen Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) für unsere stark wachsenden Geschäftsbereiche. Als Requirements Engineer werden Sie inspiriert von neuen Ideen, Lösungsansätzen und Technologien. Sie gehen offen und positiv mit neuen Herausforderungen um und möchten sich unternehmerisch einbringen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Sie gestalten herausfordernde Themen im Kontext Geschäftsprozess-, Anforderungsmanagement, Fachanalyse und Facharchitektur
  • In abwechslungsreichen Kundenprojekten beraten Sie mit Ihrer Methoden-Kompetenz und begleiten Software-Entwicklungsprojekte an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Entwicklern und anderen Stakeholdern
  • Hierbei hinterfragen Sie kritisch Anforderungen, zeigen Lücken auf und Erarbeiten sinnvolle Lösungsvorschläge und Alternativen
  • Je nach Ihrem Interesse, können Sie bei uns tief in einer branchenspezifischen Domäne arbeiten oder im Research-Bereich die Methodik für die gesamte Unternehmensgruppe voran treiben

Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes fachrelevantes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Praxiserfahrung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Requirements Engineering und
  • oder Business Analysis
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen und Technologien einzuarbeiten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozess- und Systemmodellierung (UML, BPMN, etc.)
  • Kommunikationsstärke (deutsch
  • englisch), Konfliktlösekompetenz, Moderationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in agilen Vorgehen
