Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming reservation requests and inquiries from guests
• Overseeing bookings within the reservation management system
• Collaborating with various departments such as front desk and event planning
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through outstanding service
• Effectively managing room availability

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a comparable position or a background in hospitality
• Fluency in German and French; proficiency in English is advantageous
• Familiarity with hotel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer care
