We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS DE GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Receive and store spare parts in our on-site warehouse, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Shipping and Receiving: Prepare shipments and receive goods, verifying quantities and condition upon delivery.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventories to ensure stock levels are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Facilities Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- Facilities Coordination: Organize and coordinate facility services, including maintenance and repairs, to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operational efficiency.
