Position Overview:

As a Data Protection Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the data protection strategies within the organization. Your expertise will guide the company in adhering to data protection laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary authority on data protection matters across the organization.
  • Provide guidance to various departments regarding compliance with data protection legislation.
  • Establish and enhance the data protection management framework.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to promote adherence to data protection standards.
  • Assist in managing incidents related to data breaches and other privacy concerns.
  • Compile and present reports concerning data protection activities and incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Information Technology, Law, Business Administration, or similar fields.
  • Thorough understanding of data protection laws, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Proven experience in the field of data protection and privacy management.
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
