We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Power Systems Engineer to join our team at Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation.
About the Job:- As an Electrical Power Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of Electrical Power Subsystem projects.
- You will work closely with customers and subcontractors to design and develop Electrical Power Subsystems.
- Assess and evaluate Electrical Power Subsystem concepts, feasibility, and pre-development studies.
- Develop and maintain Electrical Power Subsystem design and verification documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams, system engineering, and other divisions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze system requirements and flow-down to Electrical Power Subsystem requirements.
- Completed studies in electrical or aerospace engineering or a comparable field.
- At least first professional experience in electrical subsystems of satellites/space crafts required.
- Experience in at least one specific unit/subsystem, e.g., batteries, solar, converter, PCDU, power distribution.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and suppliers.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- German skills are a plus.
