Export Order Coordinator (w/m/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing international export orders
  • Digital order management from initiation to invoice generation and performance analysis using SAP
  • Facilitating logistics, preparing documentation, and managing various payment methods (such as letters of credit and bank guarantees)
  • Addressing customer complaints and monitoring payment collections
  • Collaborating with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and both internal and external agencies

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in commerce, preferably as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade or in forwarding and logistics
  • Proven experience in global order management, with a solid understanding of products and industry standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software
  • Strong command of English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Customer-focused mindset, dedication, and a passion for teamwork
