LOGISTIC PEOPLE (Deutschland) GmbH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods for our global clientele.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of transportation, from order analysis and quote procurement to shipment monitoring and documentation. Your expertise will contribute directly to the success of our clients' supply chains.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the warehouse department to analyze transport orders and ensure accurate processing.
  • Obtain competitive quotes from transportation and partner companies, optimizing cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage a diverse range of shipments, including groupage, partial, and full loads, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shipments, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Prepare all necessary transport documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Track shipment progress closely, providing updates and resolving any potential issues promptly.
  • Coordinate schedules effectively, ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders.
  • Handle damage and complaint management professionally, striving for customer satisfaction.
  • Process freight data accurately and efficiently, maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Participate actively in meetings, contributing your expertise to strategic discussions.
Requirements:
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in freight forwarding and logistics, demonstrating a strong foundation in the industry.
  • Proven experience within the logistics sector, showcasing practical knowledge and skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office programs, enabling efficient document management and data analysis.
  • Excellent Turkish and English language skills, facilitating clear communication with clients and partners.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
