About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Staburo GmbH. As a Data Scientist in Healthcare, you will be responsible for developing R Shiny Apps for various data science applications in healthcare, as well as supporting data science projects and clinical development in all study phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop R Shiny Apps for data science applications in healthcare
  • Process and analyze high-dimensional clinical data, including biomarkers and gene expression
  • Support data science projects and clinical development in all study phases
  • Identify subgroups using cluster analysis or principal component analysis
  • Develop statistical programs and reusable code, including functions and macros
  • Develop R packages for subgroup analysis and cutoff determination
Requirements
  • Studies in statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field
  • Knowledge of basic and advanced statistical methods, including hypothesis testing and multivariate analysis
  • Advanced programming skills in R, with experience in developing R packages
  • Strong analytical and quick-learning skills
  • Precise and accurate work habits
  • Team player with a high degree of initiative
  • Good English skills, with German an advantage
