Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Data Scientist, der das Team bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung datengetriebener Lösungen unterstützt. Als Data Scientist bei Data-Talent GmbH wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Analyse und Interpretation von Daten spielen, um wertvolle Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und die Geschäftsstrategie voranzutreiben.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Aufbau von deskriptiven, prädiktiven und präskriptiven Machine Learning Modellen
  • Analyse der anfallenden Daten entlang der gesamten Customer Journey, von der Akquise über Cross- und Up-Selling bis hin zur Kundenbindung
  • Erstellung von Vorhersagemodellen zum Kundenverhalten und Geben von Empfehlungen für Maßnahmen, um eine personalisierte Kommunikation mit den Kunden zu fördern
  • Schätzung von Modellen für die Optimierung von Preisreduktion
  • Leitung von Data Science Teilprojekten und Coaching der Data Science Kollegen
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Erfolgreiches Studium, MBA oder PhD in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Ingenieurs-Wissenschaften, Mathematik, Data Science oder ähnlichem (MINT)
  • Tiefgehende Erfahrung in Data Science und Datenmodellierung mit Fokus auf Machine Learning und Zeitreihenanalytik
  • Erfahrung mit SQL, ML, AWS, Python, Snowflake
  • Erfahrung mit BI-Visualisierungstools wie MS Power BI
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Agiles Mindset und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem selbstorganisierten Team
  • Offenheit für unkonventionelles Denken und innovative Themen
  • Gutes Verständnis für Data Engineering wäre ein Plus
  • Erfahrung und Leidenschaft für das Verständnis und die Erfüllung von Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
