System Engineer (m/w/d) für HPE-Server/ -Storage - mobiles Arbeiten

We are seeking a proficient System Engineer to take on a pivotal role in the management and upkeep of HPE server and storage solutions. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including troubleshooting, system maintenance, repairs, updates, and providing exceptional customer support. Ideal candidates will possess a solid background in IT, familiarity with HPE hardware and services, and excellent communication abilities.

Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Administration and troubleshooting of HPE products
  • Maintenance and repair of server and storage systems
  • Providing both remote and on-site support
  • System updates and customer care
  • Collaboration with manufacturers for technical assistance
  • Management of documentation

Your qualifications should include:
  • IT education with a minimum of three years in IT services
  • Strong expertise in HPE hardware and services
  • Experience with HPE Synergy, Nimble Storage, and ProLiant
  • Familiarity with VMware vCenter Server is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and analyze technical information
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel and availability for on-call duties
  • Valid driver's license
